Dear Friends
We wanted to reach out and give you an update about Clint’s scholarship fund. Although we stopped doing the 5K a couple of years ago, it has been the privilege of the fund to continue awarding scholarships to St. Patrick Interparish School students.
To date, $120,000 has been donated to the school in scholarships, playground equipment, technology upgrades and 2 AED’s (lifesaving equipment). We are extremely grateful for the generosity of all who have supported this effort and will continue as long as it is financially possible.
Donations can be made online through the Community Foundation of North Central Florida. Follow the prompts to the Clint Lacinak Scholarship Fund. Our deepest thanks to all for helping keep Clint’s name and memory tied to the positive and enriching mission of St Patrick Interparish School.

Scholarships Awarded in Clint’s Memory
After Clint’s passing in May 2012, his parents, David and Christine Lacinak, wanted to honor and celebrate his life by giving back to other children in the community. Specifically, through scholarship awards at St. Patrick’s Interparish Catholic School where Clint was a former student. Clint always treasured his time at St. Pat’s and all the good times he had there with classmates, friends, teachers, and staff. We could think of no better way to honor Clint’s memory than to establish a fund to make similar experiences possible for others. We found St. Pat’s to be the perfect combination of a great education and a nurturing environment, full of faith.
Won’t you consider joining us in this worthy cause by making a financial donation?
PAST EVENTS
Enjoy highlights from our first 5K as we celebrated the life of Clint Lacinak. In the spirit of St. Patrick, we ran and walked through the grounds at St. Patrick’s school, Northeast Park, and Gainesville’s charming, historic Duckpond neighborhood.
